All travelling and accommodation expenses will be borne by participants. Participants are to arrange for their own accommodation. Participants are encouraged to stay at the nearby accommodation, where the conference is scheduled or any of the hotels located near the conference venue.

For Credit Card Payment

Payment by ConfBay Online Payment Gateway – A 5% administrative fee will be charged on top of the transaction amount. This 5% amount will not be shown in the official receipt of the conference. To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment > Pay Now > Select Type of Payment - Online Payment > Click on "Pay Now". You will receive Payment Confirmation Email immediately if payment is successful.

For Cash (participants ONLY)

Payment with cash at the conference site must be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) for local participants and United States Dollar (USD) for international participants.

Cash payment must be in EXACT AMOUNT.

Payment or proof of payment transaction should be submitted to the treasurer before 31 August 2015. Participants are required to send the evidence of payment through email to izlawanie@usim.edu.my or fax to ++6 06 798 6302  with your paper ID (eg. iECONS2015-XX) or Username for our reference. Or upload the “Proof of Payment” evidence in the system (confbay system). Log in > My Status > Payment Proof Submission – Click on “Edit” > Upload & SAVE.

Local order (LO) will not be accepted for payment method.

Failure to make payment by 31 August 2015 will result in the paper will be excluded from the conference proceeding.
