Dear ABRIC2020/21 presenter,

Guideline for Presenter: Presentation materials

In view of COVID-19 pandemic and some travel restrictions especially to international delegates as well as domestic presenters, we encourage the presenters to submit their presentation materials in advance, before the conference date 26-27 Jan 2021. There are two types of submission and the guidelines are as follows:

A)    Presenter is strongly recommended to record their presentation. The guidelines for video recording is as follows:

1. Video duration should be between 10 to 15 minutes in length with maximum of 200 MB size.
2. Video submission should be in MP4/MKV and MOV format with at least 720p resolutions.
3. Apply watermark with conference name to the video.
4. Video should be added with captions / subtitles.
5. The file name must include Registration ID (ConfBay). e.g., ABRIC 2020: 001-001.
6. Please use the paper ID as a File Name for the video.

B)     Presenter can submit their power point slides. However, this is NOT recommended as the presenter needs to present on the conference date.

1. The presenter is advised to acquire a stable internet connection should this method is chosen.
2. The presenter is advised to use this Power point template (file link).
3. The file name must include Registration ID (ConfBay). e.g., ABRIC 2020: 001-001.
4. Please use the paper ID as a File Name for the power point slides.

The submission of videos and Power point slides (as in A and B above) should be via https://forms.gle/jLjXmPHrZC9zoBaE9.

Guideline for Presenter: Presentation Time

Presenter need to be virtually present on the conference date. The presenter needs to virtually attend to any discussion on the video presentation. The time allocated for discussion is 5-10 minutes after the presentation of the paper.

The ABRIC2020/21 will update on the time and date of the presentation very soon.
