Making an Impact through Business and Economic Transformation

The issue of transformation will always be a universal challenge in determining the sustainability of a business. Organizational route towards a successful transformation is never an easy journey. Often it entails the support from internal as well as external key people since the voyage is usually filled with uncertainties. These issues have attracted many researchers to conduct studies that document the ways to further assist the growth of these organizations through both business and economic transformations. GCBER2013 is a forum designed to bring together researchers and practitioners to deliberate on several issues around the conference theme. The session would allow partners from the industry to present their visions, challenges and solutions on the issues raised around the colloquium theme.
