The 5th UUM International Islamic Business Management Conference 2024 (IBMC2024)

The International Islamic Business Management Conference (IBMC), organized by the Institute of Shariah Governance and Islamic Finance (ISGaIF), Islamic Business School (IBS), Universiti Utara Malaysia, has consistently provided a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners around the globe to engage in meaningful dialogue and exchange ideas on key issues within the field of Islamic business management. Building upon the success of previous iterations, including IBMC 2014, IBMC 2018, IBMC 2020, and IBMC 2022 each conference has contributed to the advancement of knowledge and practice in Islamic business management.

The upcoming IBMC 2024, scheduled to be held at the prestigious Bertam Resort in Penang, signifies the new chapter in this esteemed conference series. With a theme centered on "Empowering Halal Green Economy and Digitalization Towards Maqasid Shariah", IBMC2024 aims to delve into significant issues at the intersection of Islamic principles, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation.

The continuity of the IBMC series underscores its significance as a catalyst for academic collaboration and knowledge dissemination in the field of Islamic business management.
