Registration and Submission
a. Registration and submission of Full Paper must be done electronically through the online submission system.
- Click on the "Registration" menu to create ConfBay Account and proceed for conference registration by logging in the system.
- Click on "Online Submission" menu to submit your abstract(s).
b. Abstract - Strictly follow the template which can be downloaded at "Download menu".
All communications related to this conference are via email. Please make sure that only valid email address is provided during the registration.
Please ensure to download the standard abstract template from the following link for the submission of abstract. Submission of abstract MUST be in MS-Word and follow the template provided. PDF-format is NOT accepted.

Selected abstracts will be published in Medical & Health Journal (indexed in: Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) -https://www.medicineandhealthukm.com/
Instructions for Invited Talk, Contributed Oral and Oral Presentation
Please note that the time allocated for your oral presentation is 10 minutes (Invited Talk & Contributed Oral 15 min). Please be sure that you strictly comply with such time allocation.
Q&A for oral presentation will be conducted at the end of each oral presentation session (please refer to schedule in the ICPS2023 Program book and website).
To avoid last minute computer-related technical problem that may arise, we encourage you to upload your presentation files to the laptop located in parallel session locations between 8am – 12pm on 7 MARCH 2023.
Please prepare your presentation files using Microsoft Powerpoint version 97-2003 or higher or other compatible software. The official language of the conference is English. The presentation equipment provided is a computer with USB port and a projector. If you would like to use your own Mac Laptop or notebook for your presentation, please prepare your own adapter for your presentation.
Instructions for Poster Presentation
Please prepare your printed poster must not exceed the dimensions of width 841 mm x height 1189 mm (or 33.1 x 46.8 in), portrait. The official language of the conference is English.
The poster presentation code will be listed on the upper corner of a board to guide you the location of board to mount your poster. Make sure that the poster presentation code in the ICPS2023 Program Book matches the poster presentation code of a board before you mount your poster on the board. Velcros will be supplied at the Registration or Secretariat Desk.
