Types of presentation:
1) Oral presentation

Oral presentations will allow participants to share the findings of their research with
all participants present.

2) Poster presentation

Poster presentations will allow the interested participants to share the findings of
their research in the Conference in the form of poster.

Poster Guidelines:
Presentation of a poster provides an opportunity for effective one-to-one
communication. The longer presentation time of the poster session enables you to
present a more in-depth description and discussion of your work. In a poster session,
there is no formal oral presentation; instead, each author is assigned a display area
on which diagrams, graphics, data, pictures/photos, and a small amount of text are
presented.

The poster should be self-understandable, but the author should be available at
certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the devoted poster session, to
interact with viewers and answer questions.

The posters should conform to the following format:
a) A1 poster size (33.11″ x 23.39″ or 59cm x 84cm).
b) Orientation – portrait layout.
c) Content layout – freestyle.

The general content shall include:
a) Title; Author's Name(s) and Affiliation(s).
b) Introduction / Objectives / Aims / Problem / Goal.
c) Materials and Methods.
d) Results and Discussion.
e) Conclusions.
f) References.
g) Acknowledgments.

Poster Presentation:

Kindly display your poster at the dedicated area on 11 August 2020 before 9.00 am. The evaluation will be conducted at 12-1 pm on the same day. Please make sure the top and bottom of the poster are installed with a 0.5-inch circular bar (Figure 1b) which is provided by the presenter. Kindly be informed that the conference will only provide the portable poster display stand as shown in Figure 1. The poster circular bar is not provided.
