Please select "non-citizen" for the International (non-Malaysian) Presenter. For non-citizens from Malaysian institutions, you may select "Malaysian Citizen". 2. Participants are required to upload the “Proof of Payment” evidence in the Confbay system. Log in > My Payment > Upload Proof of Payment > Upload & SAVE
3. Participation Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy - In the event of any participant cancellation / participation withdrawal / nonappearance from the conference or any similar circumstances, there shall be NO REFUND of the payment made by the Organiser of ICReST 2025 Virtual Conference.
