The invoice is issued based on the normal rate. You are entitled to the Early Bird Rate if the payment is made before the deadline. Normal Rate will be applied if payment made after the Early Bird deadline;

Payment By Credit Card/ Debit Card - ConfBay Online Payment Gateway - A 5% fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment > Pay Now > Select Type of Payment - Online Payment > Click on "Pay Now". You will receive Payment Confirmation Email immediately after payment is successfully made.

Proof of Payment: For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the system. Log in > My Payment

Any payment made via Paypal can be sent to mr_palil@ukm.my. Payment can also be made via PO or LO from your organisation. Please email or upload your payment proof in the registration system once payment being made. 

Payment Term
Full payment shall be made to the Conference upon the receipt of invoice via email or online. Due to limited conference and exhibition space, we advise the participants to register earlier and enjoy discounted promo rates for this event. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment(s) is made via online payment, company cheque, bank draft or cash. Admission to the Conference will be restricted be if the payment has not been made by the registered participant on or before the commencement of IPC2025.

Substitution of Participants
A participant(s) can be substituted with another participant if the Conference was notified (in writing) with the replacement details within 14 days prior to the commencement of the event. Transfer of registration to other programmes is not allowed.

Refund of Fees
Cancellation of registration must be done in writing. If the Conference received cancellation notification from participant(s):
• more than 30 days before the event, a full amount of the less 25% administrative charges will be refundable
• any cancellation less than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund of the fee will be given.;
• no refund will be given if cancellation was made less than 14 days before the event. However, a substitute delegate is welcomed as replacement with prior notice given as mentioned above.

Cancellation or Postponements of Event
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel and/ or postpone IPC2025 should there be any unforeseen circumstances.

Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner on 28th October 2025 is complimentary to all IPC participants.
