Payment By Credit Card - ConfBay Online Payment Gateway - A 5% fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment > Pay Now > Select Type of Payment - Online Payment > Click on "Pay Now". You will receive Payment Confirmation Email immediately after payment is successfully made.

Proof of Payment: For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the system. Log in > My Payment

Payment Term
Full payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice, either via email or through the online system. Due to limited conference and exhibition space, participants are encouraged to register early to enjoy discounted promotional rates.

Please note that your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, which can be made via online transfer, company cheque, bank draft, or cash.

Admission to the Conference will be restricted if payment is not received on or before the commencement of CASSIC2026 by the registered participant.

Substitution of Participants
Substitution of participant(s) is allowed, provided that the Conference Secretariat is notified in writing with the replacement details at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the event.

Please note that transfers of registration to other programmes are not permitted.

Refund of Fees
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
●    More than 30 days before the event: A refund of 75% of the paid fee (after deducting a 25% administrative charge) will be issued.
●    Between 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
●    Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
However, a substitute delegate may attend in place of the original participant, provided that prior written notice is given to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation or Postponement of Event.
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel or postpone IPBBC2026 in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. All efforts will be made to inform registered participants at the earliest possible time.
