1. The presenter of each paper must register and pay for the paper/presentation to be included in the program and the proceeding.
2. The fee includes seminar kit, proceedings, lunch and tea/coffee
3. All travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by participants
4. Participants are to arrange for their own accommodation. Participants are encouraged to stay at the hotel where the conference is scheduled. However, a list of nearby hotels are provided.
