Invoice will be issued based on the normal rate. You are entitled to the Early Bird Rate if the payment is made before the Early Bird deadline. Kindly check the deadline in the website.

Kindly note that a fully paid seminar fee is for one presenter per one paper only and the fee is non-refundable. If the co-presenter/author of the same paper wishes to attend the seminar, he/she must register separately and pay the seminar fee in full.

Authors presenting more than one paper are only subject to USD100 (for international participants) or RM200 (for local participants) for each of the subsequent paper. If you are registering for two or more papers, please contact us first before making the payment.
