Payment Notes
Option 1:
Please visit Paygate UPM. (https://paygate.upm.edu.my/action.do?do=&bahasa=bi)
- Click at 'Make Payment' (Green Tab)
- Search for the drop down menu for 'Payment For', please select the title 'WOBIC2021'.
- Please complete your personal info at the space provided (Compulsory).
- Please complete the 'Details' with info on type of participant (Compulsory)
- Fill in the amount of service charge based on the schedule.
- Select 'Pay'.
- Save a copy of payment receipt and upload a copy of it in the system. Log in > My Payment
Option 2:
VOT TRANSFER
Vot transfer / Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO)
Invoice will be issued for LO/PO.
Vot No. : 6480300 (for conference) and 6440400 (for pre-conference)
Option 3:
Payment By Credit Card (Mastercard / VISA) - ConfBay Online Payment Gateway – A 5% administrative fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment. You will receive Payment Confirmation Email immediately after payment is successfully made.
Proof of Payment: For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the system. Log in > My Payment
Note:
Payment should be made before 30 September 2021. The organizer reserves the right to refrain registered participants from taking part in the event if payment is not paid prior to the event date or no proof of payment.
Cancellation policy:
Payment made is NOT refundable. However, a substitute or replacement of registration is acceptable. Please inform the secretariat immediately for any changes.
Paid registration fee is not refundable for the failure of obtaining VISA.
