PAYMENT METHODS:

Method 1
To make the payment using online banking in Malaysia, please follow the steps shown below:

Step 1: Login to your internet banking account.
Step 2: Click the Payment menu and select the JomPAY payment method.
Step 3: Choose your payment account (Current, Saving or Credit Card).

Step 5: Enter the exact amount as stated in the conference website (Presenter/Participant) and complete the JomPAY transaction.

Step 7: With the receipt attached, notify the Section Receipts, UMS Bursar of the payment made through terimaan@ums.edu.my. Please Cc the email to secretariat.icfsn2022@ums.edu.my, pabenums@ums.edu.my as proof of payment.

2. For student participants, please attach a scanned copy of your student identification to confirm your student status.
3. All participants are responsible to ensure that payment of the registration fee is done before the conference.
4. For international participants, fees are based on the current rate of currency exchange.
5. Each registration fee is only entitled for one (1) paper submission. For additional paper submission, RM20 MYR or $5 USD per paper is applicable.
6. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any. Please note that extra charge by bank transfer is excluded from the conference fee
7. Participants are required to upload the “Proof of Payment” evidence in the system. Log in > My Payment > Upload Proof of Payment > Upload & SAVE
