PARALLEL SESSION

GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTER (VIRTUAL PRESENTATION) 


Please note the following details for your Virtual Presentation:

  1. Please ensure that all presenters attend the conference.
  2. Presenters shall enter the session through a designated link provided by the committee.
  3. Only registered presenters are allowed to present during the session. However, if the presenter is unable to attend, any member of the authors shall be available to replace the presenter and enter the session with the presenter link.
  4. Presenters need to enter the presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts and be ready to present the presentation.
  5. Presenters must test the microphone/headset/camera before the presentation.
  6. All the presenters only have 10 minutes to present and 5 minutes for Question and Answer (Q&A).
  7. For presenters who wish to use pre-recorded video for the presentation, the video criteria must be;
    • The duration is not exceeding 10 minutes
    • The resolution should be in high definition (HD)
    • The audio in the presentation recording is clear and easy to hear
    • The recorded video presentation must be played /controlled by any of the authors
  8. All information such as the title of the paper, authors’ name, affiliation, and photo must appear on the first slide/video of your presentation.
  9. Medium of language for presentation is either Malay, English, or Arabic.
  10. You are required to submit your presentation slides/recorded video by using your ConfBay Account. Click "Presentation Link Submission" on the "My Submission" menu to submit your presentation slides/recorded video.
  11. Rename your slides presentation with e.g., YOURNAME_ID PAPER
  12. The date to submit the slides presentation is 10 February 2022 to 20 February 2022.
