INTRODUCTION
The 3rd GLOBAL CONFERENCE ON ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES 2017 (GEMS 2017) focuses on the complex interconnection between economics and management sciences. This conference provides a platform for researchers, academicians and students to present, debate and exchange ideas on issues relevant to the conference’s focus. GEMS 2017– undeniably – is also an opportunity for researchers and enthusiasts to build and expand network with their fellow counterparts!
GEMS 2017 was planned with the following objectives in mind:
1. To provide a platform for researchers, academicians and students to share and exchange ideas on economics and management science.
2. To advance the scholarship in the studies on the roles of Economics Studies and Management Sciences in community development and sustainability.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY
All accepted papers at GEMS 2017 conference are reviewed and will be published in the GEMS 2017 conference e-proceeding with an e-ISBN number: 978-967-0792-XX-X. The papers will be available in our website and other open source academic site (i.e RePec,Google Scholar) for a wider view. All presenters will get the papers in digital version (pen drive form).
A selection of the good and quality of GEMS 2017 proceeding papers will be considered for inclusion for publication in GEMS official e-Journal of Economics and Management Sciences with an e-ISSN: 2462-2532.
This e-proceedings record refereed papers presented at the conference. The main conference themes and tracks are advancement in economics and management sciences. The conference has solicited and gathered technical research submissions related to all aspects of major conference themes and tracks. All papers in the e-proceedings have been peer-reviewed by the reviewers from the scientific committee, external reviewers and the editorial board depending on the subject matter of the paper. The review and initial selection were undertaken electronically. After the rigorous peer-review, the submitted papers were selected on the basis of originality, significance and clarity for the purpose of the conference. The conference program is extremely rich, featuring high impact presentations.
