INTRODUCTION

The 3rd International Conference on Cross-Disciplinary Academic Research 2025 (ICAR 2025) will be held on September 29–30, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Centered around the theme "Empowering Innovation Through Technology, Professional Education, and Societal Progress", the conference highlights the crucial role of research as a key performance indicator for higher education institutions.

ICAR 2025 aims to attract participants from diverse backgrounds, including academics, industry professionals, and students from both local and international institutions. The conference will feature distinguished keynote speakers and paper presenters from academia and industry, offering valuable insights into emerging trends and challenges.

Designed as a global platform for intellectual exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration, ICAR 2025 will provide researchers and professionals with the opportunity to present their latest findings, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and build connections across various disciplines. The event will also serve as a bridge between UPTM, industries, and universities, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and academic excellence.

Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and research presentations, ICAR 2025 will encourage the exchange of ideas, promote impactful research, and inspire meaningful collaborations that contribute to both academic and industry advancements. 

ICAR 2025 will feature a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation to accommodate a global audience. The conference will encompass multiple tracks, covering a wide range of fields, including but not limited to:
