THEME

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT

BACKGROUND

This conference is a periodic conference conducted by the Center for Human Sciences. The last time it was conducted was in 2020 with the theme "Innovation and Global Challenges in Humanities Technology and Civilization". This conference aims to boost research activities and share research results with the academic audience and the public. This conference will be conducted in a hybrid manner (face-to-face & online) using 3 presentation modes, namely presentations by key-note speakers, parallel paper presentations (parallel sessions), and plenary sessions.

IMPORTANCE OF THE ICHSC CONFERENCE

This conference is an initiative to boost research and knowledge sharing in the humanities and social sciences among researchers through a focus on the theme of 'Sustainable Development Through Spiritual Empowerment'. It is anticipated to lead to new technological discoveries or even answers to problems in contemporary society. It can also indirectly open room for a larger scientific dialogue.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CONFERENCE

i.      Provide a platform for participants from inside and outside the country to share information, views, and experiences in related fields,
ii.     Provide space for domestic and foreign researchers to discuss research results in related fields,
iii.    Opening space for building collaborative relationships in the field of research with various parties, especially researchers and participants who also attend the conference.

PUBLICATION

Presented papers will be included in the conference proceeding with DOI numbers after being reviewed by a group of expert assessors. Highly quality and selected papers will be published in a journal indexed by Scopus (with additional charge), MyCite journals, and a journal run by the Center for Human Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Any additional charge for publication is not included in the participation fee for this conference.
