The International Conference on Leadership Excellence and Global Aspirations (ICLEGA 2026) emerges as a pivotal platform for shaping discourse on leadership, governance, and global collaboration in the 21st century. Organized by ILD UiTM, this conference reflects UiTM’s commitment to nurturing transformative leadership capacity capable of addressing both national priorities and global aspirations.
Leadership empowerment has become increasingly critical as institutions, industries, and societies face rapid changes driven by globalization, digital transformation, climate challenges, and a dynamic socio-political landscape. ICLEGA 2026 builds upon UiTM’s decade-long legacy in leadership development while embracing innovative approaches and international perspectives to cultivate future-ready leaders.
With the theme “Nurturing Future Leaders, Shaping an Excellence Nation,” ICLEGA 2026 offers a dynamic forum that brings together leaders, policymakers, academics, researchers, industry practitioners, and students from around the world. The conference aims to foster meaningful dialogue, share global best practices, and strengthen strategic collaborations to cultivate leadership capable of driving sustainable progress and inclusive growth.
The conference program will feature keynote addresses by distinguished national and international figures, thematic plenary sessions, leadership forums, and panel discussions covering critical areas such as transformational leadership, governance in the digital era, ethical and sustainable leadership, and global cooperation for institutional excellence. In addition, participants will have opportunities to present research papers and case studies (oral and poster), join interactive workshops, and expand academic and professional networking opportunities.
