The 7th International Conference on Solid State Science and Technology (7th ICSSST 2019) is biennial event in Malaysia. This conference is jointly organized by the Centre for Defence Foundation Studies, National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) as host, in cooperation with the Malaysian Solid State Science and Technology Society (MASS).
The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for the solid-state science and technology community to share and discuss latest developments and findings of related fields. It is the organizer’s hope that this conference will offer networking environment in forging and strengthening research collaborations within this community.

Registration and Submission Tips
Registration and submission of Abstract / Full Paper / Poster must be done electronically through the online submission system.
- Click on the "Registration" menu to create ConfBay Account and proceed for conference registration by logging in the system.
- Click on "Online Submission" menu to submit your abstracts / full paper.
- Strictly follow the Submission Format in official Conference website
Registration fee does not include publication fee. RM300 (local) and USD80 (international) will be charged for publication.
Payment Notes
All payments of registration fees must be received by 1 November 2019. Confirmation of registration is only upon full payment of registration fee. If you do not receive any confirmation 2 weeks after registration and payment, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

ConfBay Online Payment Gateway – A 5% fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment > Pay Now > Select Type of Payment - Online Payment > Click on "Pay Now". You will receive Payment Confirmation Email immediately after payment is successfully made.
Proof of Payment: For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the system. Log in > My Payment > Payment Proof Submission - Click on "View" > Upload > Save;
or email your payment slip to icssst@confbay.com and icssst2019@upnm.edu.my. Please include your Paper ID, which is provided to you by the System, as reference when communicating.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no refund for cancellation of registration. If you are unable to attend the conference, please submit the replacement name and contact detail in writing at least 7 working days prior to the conference via fax, email or post to the Conference Secretariat.
