1.0    Introduction   

3rd International Islamic Entrepreneurship and Business Conference (3rd IIEBC 2022), Faculty of Business Innovation and Technology Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka, Malaysia; Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ternate Maluku Utara, Indonesia; Fakulti Pembangunan Pengurusan Islam, Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, Brunei; Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan, Brunei; and Islamic University In Uganda, Uganda will jointly host 3rd International Islamic Entrepreneurship and Business Conference (3rd IIEBC 2022). The conference is planned for 8-9 September, 2022.

The role of Higher Education Institutions as contributors of innovation in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation management and business to develop knowledgeable human capital is undeniable. Therefore, KUIM plan to organize this conference as a continuation of efforts to provide a platform for contributors of innovation and ideas in the country's economic development as this conference is expected to bring together all academics and researchers and bring together entrepreneurs from all over the country to exchange views, share information. , experience and research findings through a broad field of business and entrepreneurship.

Malaysia's dual-system, conventional and Islamic economic and financial landscape continues to undergo dramatic transformation as a result of the changing global economic landscape. The process of modernization, modification and intervention is a process that will lead to higher progress, have far -reaching and far -reaching implications for the economy as a whole. Malaysia is now in the final phase towards achieving the Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 which aims to make Malaysia a country that continues to develop sustainably in line with a fair, equitable and inclusive economic distribution at all levels of income groups, ethnicity, regions and the supply chain. For that, the formation of a truly developed Malaysian society must be based on a resilient and competitive economic position. One of the main agendas of the country in making the country developed and economic distribution can be balanced is through the compression of Islamic entrepreneurial culture and re -engineering innovation management. These efforts have been and will continue to be implemented as the Government's goal in driving the sustainability of its community.

The elements of entrepreneurship and innovation management nurtured through business are not only important to be lived in daily life but also important to be implemented in generating the economy and prosperity of a country driven by the government and the private sector. Thus, the organization of 3rd IIEBC 2022 will not only discuss Islamic entrepreneurial skills and innovation management, but also will explore and expand the scope of talks on issues in the field of business that will be linked to other areas such as finance and banking, business ethics, e -trade, human resource development, management and marketing.

2.0 Objective

There are four objectives to organizing 3rd IIEBC 2022 which are:

To be a platform for the dissemination of knowledge among intellectuals in and outside the country, academics and the industry to discuss and share information, ideas, research results and experience in the field of Islamic entrepreneurship and innovation management in business.

Secondly, empowering Higher Education Institutions to be able to produce excellent human capital as well as triggers towards Islamic entrepreneurial culture and innovation management in business to drive national progress.

Thirdly, enhancing the image of the university as a catalyst for entrepreneurship development and innovation management in the country in general and in the state of Melaka in particular and;

Lastly, describe the importance of innovation and effective Islamic entrepreneurship including short -term and long -term business planning.
