Welcome all delegates to International Conference on Innovation, Social Science, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Education (ISSED2020).

ISSED2020 is an international forum for researchers, academicians, practitioners and industrial players from various research disciplines to share and disseminate knowledge and research findings related to the respective research disciplines, thus providing a unique opportunity to network among the academics and industries. ISSED2020 aims to provide a valuable platform for connecting academic scholars and industry practitioners world-wide to all aspects of the research themes. Our wish is that at the end of the conference, the delegates acquire expanded knowledge and skillsets to help plan and implement innovative strategies, overcome barriers and move forward with the initiatives that benefit the community. There will be huge opportunities for networking, informed dialogues and collaborations among the delegates. The conference will feature special keynote address focusing on recent advancements and challenges on selected research discipline.

Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished works for publication and presentation at the conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding book (with ISBN) and refereed journals that are indexed by Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC). Selected papers have the potential to be published in high-indexed journals (subject to the compliance with journal’s guidelines, terms and conditions and acceptance by the editors and review committee).

SCOPES

The topics involve various disciplines related (but not limited) to the themes and sub-themes as follow:

1. Innovation - Cover innovations in economics, business, design, technology, sociology, and engineering that involves incremental, emergent, radical or revolutionary changes in thinking, products, processes or organizations.

2. Social Science and Humanities – Includes anthropology, arts, history, cultural history, humanities, language, literature, local government, music, philosophy, politics, psychology, religious studies, social sciences and sociology.

3. Supply Chain – covers enterprise resource planning, global trade, inventory management, retail, risk management, sales & operations planning, sourcing & procurement, supply chain optimization, and all supply chain.

4. Sustainability – Also includes carbon footprint, climate change, green buildings, green economy/technology, energy, materials, waste & recycling, social sustainability, sustainability in higher education.

5. Education – Includes education, distance education, e-learning, higher education, interdisciplinary studies, religious studies, lifelong learning, teaching and learning, blended learning, special education.
Researchers from other disciplines are also encouraged to submit and present their manuscripts.

PUBLICATION

All accepted papers will be published in conference proceeding book (with ISBN) and refereed journals within one (1) month and three (3) months respectively from the conference date. All journals are indexed by Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC). We will also select papers that have the potential to be submitted for publication in high-indexed journals (Scopus/ISIS/ERA).  The list of the high-indexed journals will be communicated to the authors of the selected papers accordingly.

Please take note that additional fees will apply to papers published in Scopus indexed journals.

Two papers will be selected for Best Paper Award. The main criteria for best paper award include (but not limited to) timely submission before the deadline, compliance to the standard paper template, clear research objective, abstract within 300 words, minimum 6 and maximum 15 pages, minimum 15 references and presenter only. The final decision however is the prerogative of the Conference Organizing Committee.


Registration and Submission

a. Registration and submission of Full Paper must be done electronically through the online submission system.
•    Click on the "Registration" menu to create ConfBay Account and proceed for conference registration by logging in the system.
•    Click on "Online Submission" menu to submit your abstract(s) / full paper.

b. Abstract and Full Paper Format - Strictly follow the template which can be downloaded at "Download menu".

All communications related to this conference are via email. Please make sure that only valid email address is provided during the registration.

Please ensure to download the standard abstract and full paper template from the website to be used for the article/manuscript. Submission of abstract/full paper MUST be in MS-Word and follow the template provided. PDF-format abstract/full paper is NOT accepted.
