CRITERIA FOR BEST PAPER AWARD:

* minimum references are 15 (80% from published work)
* empirical paper
* follow format of full paper - in Microsoft Word format
* presenter only
* submit one month before conference date
*pages 6-12

Certificates
Certificate will be given to presenter as "PRESENTER" and another author as "PARTICIPANT".
