Introduction
The International Waqf Conference 2024 (IWC2024) is organised by the Yayasan Canselor (YC), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in collaboration with Yayasan Waqaf Malaysia (YWM) and Jabatan Wakaf, Zakat & Haji (JAWHAR). The conference aims to bring together experts, researchers, academicians, industry practitioners and policymakers to engage in discussion and exchange insight on the role of waqf in today’s world. The theme “The Empowerment of Waqf For Economic Sustainability And Knowledge Development” at IWC2024 underscores the importance of economic sustainability and knowledge development to address waqf challenges while promoting sustainable solutions. The conference will serve as a platform to discuss and showcase cutting-edge research, advancements, and best practices in waqf empowerment, with a particular focus on how these implementation of waqf can contribute to long-term sustainability. The conference will feature keynote presentations, paper presentations, exhibitions and field visit. Hence, this will be a great opportunity for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among attendees from academia, industry, and government sectors. We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit their original research papers, case studies, reviews and work-in-progress papers for innovative projects aligned with the conference theme. Submissions will undergo a rigorous review process to ensure the highest quality of contributions. a. Registration and submission of of Abstract / Full Paper must be done electronically through the online submission system.
• Click on the "Registration" menu to create ConfBay Account and proceed for conference registration by logging in the system.
• Click on "Online Submission" menu to submit your full paper / manuscript.
b. Abstract and Full Paper Format - Strictly follow the template which can be downloaded at "Conference Website".
