VIDEO PRESENTATION

In view of some travel restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic, participants can participate by submitting pre-recorded video presentation. For submission of presentation video, please download the guideline from the website for more details.

BEST PAPER AWARD CERTIFICATE

The Conference Organizer will confer e-Certificate for Best Paper Award to qualified paper(s) as recommended by the Review Committee. Selection of best paper will be based on the followings:
1. originality of the research,
2. contribution to body of knowledge,
3. total no of words for abstract not exceeding 300 words,
4. total number of pages of full paper (6-12 pages long),
5. fonts, spacing, paragraphing as per the full paper template provided and
6. timely submission before the deadline



Welcome to PENANG Malaysia and welcome to METEC2021. Organized by Academia Industry Networks, METEC2021 aims to provide opportunities for the researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers and practitioners from all around the world to present and share ongoing research activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and experiences face-to-face, establish research relations and find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results extend a significant contribution to the knowledge all the research disciplines within the scope of this conference and beyond.

METEC2021 welcomes all prospective participants/authors from multiple research disciplines to submit original and unpublished works for publication and presentation at the conference. All submissions are subjected to peer review before an acceptance decision is made. Our review committee will also select potential papers that have the merits for Scopus publication and inform the corresponding authors for further decision.

The full manuscript must be submitted as an MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format (PDF format is not accepted). Please submit your full paper before the submission deadline and all manuscripts must be thoroughly checked for errors and formatted according to the Full Paper template that can be downloaded from the website. Manuscripts that are not properly prepared will be returned to the authors for revision and resubmission.

This conference is strictly face-to-face and no online or virtual conference facility will be provided. The face-to-face conference is however, is subject to upliftment of Covid-19 travel restrictions by the Malaysian Government. If travel restriction is still in effect, participants have the option to participate via pre-recorded presentation video or just submit the paper for publication in proceeding book and refereed journal.


VIDEO PRESENTATION

For participants who choose to participate via presentation video, please submit to us your 10-15 minutes pre-recorded video presentation and slides. The video will be published in our YouTube channel a day after the conference deadline. It saves time and money and more importantly, we stay safe. Please download the Video Presentation Guidelines from the website for more information about presentation video submission.

The URL to the video will be provided to all authors of the presentation videos. Authors are encouraged to check their video and respond to any questions posted in their respective video comment section.

All accepted papers will be published in conference proceeding book (with ISBN) and refereed journals within one (1) month and three (3) months respectively from the conference date.
