TICSSH 2022 is the first international conference organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH) which will look at the role of social sciences and humanities in the society. The conference will run on virtual platform from 26 September to 29 September 2022.

This virtual conference will be the platform to share ideas, experiences, and research work among practitioners in the field of social sciences and humanities, as well as other field of studies that anchor every school and academy within the faculty.

1.0  Virtual Language and Communication Postgraduate International Seminar (VLCPIS) 2022

The Virtual Language and Communication Postgraduate International Seminar (VLCPIS) 2022 is open to all postgraduate students and researchers in the field of language and communication. VLCPIS is a conference jointly organised by Language Academy, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities UTM.

VLCPIS 2022 aims to promote lifelong learning by bringing together bright minds to exchange, learn, and discuss a wide range of topics related to language and communication. It also provides an opportunity to highlight recent issues and challenges that will contribute to the development of the language and communication field, in addition to providing a platform where great ideas are shared through intellectual discussions among researchers, academicians, and students.

Education for 21st Century focuses on giving students skills needed to succeed in the competitive world and nurture them to practice those skills in a smart way. The School of Education, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia invites all academician, people from industries, researchers, and practitioners to participate and present in the 2-day virtual International Conference on Education 2022 (ICE2022) for 21st Century Learning. The conference covers the sub-theme of curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, systems in education, management and leadership, teacher training, infrastructure, psychology, Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET), and technology across the fields of education.

Science and technology play an important role in the development and sustainability of a country. In fact, there are macro developments related to the economy in the form of industry that contributes to the strengthening of the national economy. This development must be centered on the core of the country which Islam as the federal religion. Therefore, science and technology need to evolve in line with Islam. In fact, there is a necessary for a discussion from law and fiqh point of views that leads to a deeper debates in understanding the arisen issues.
