Payment By Credit Card/ Debit Card - ConfBay Online Payment Gateway – A 5% fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. Refund of Fees

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing. If the Conference received cancellation notification from participant(s):

- more than 30 days before the event, a full amount of the less 25% administrative charges will be refundable
- any cancellation less than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund of the fee will be given.;
- no refund will be given if cancellation was made less than 14 days before the event,. However, a substitute delegate is welcomed as replacement with prior notice given as mentioned above.
