Payment By Credit Card - ConfBay Online Payment Gateway – A 5% fees will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the seminar. Payment Term
Full payment shall be made to the Conference upon the receipt of invoice via email or online. Due to limited conference and exhibition space, we advise the participants to register earlier and enjoy discounted promo rates for this event. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment(s) is made via online payment, company cheque, bank draft or cash. Admission to the Conference will be restricted be if the payment has not been made by the registered participant on or before the commencement of MiGC16.

Substitution of Participants
A participant(s) can be substituted with another participant if the Conference was notified (in writing) with the replacement details within 14 days prior to the commencement of the event. Transfer of registration to other programmes is not allowed.

Refund of Fees
Cancellation of registration must be done in writing. If the Conference received cancellation notification from participant(s):
•Â Â Â  more than 30 days before the event, a full amount of the less 25% administrative charges will be refundable
•Â Â Â  any cancellation less than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund of the fee will be given.;
•Â Â Â  no refund will be given if cancellation was made less than 14 days before the event,. However, a substitute delegate is welcomed as replacement with prior notice given as mentioned above.

Cancellation or Postponements of Event
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel and/ or postpone MiGC16 should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
