1)  Category 05 and 11 need to submit their video presentation through email or link google drive to be upload in 
     GAE YouTube channel and NO NEED TO ATTEND CONFERENCE. They also required to submit full paper for proceeding

2)  Category 06 and 12 only submit full paper for proceeding and journal publication. They also NO NEED 
     TO ATTEND CONFERENCE.
3)  For Category 01-04 and 07-10 are eligible for 1 Day Post Tour. Additional Fees (MYR 200/USD 65 per person) are 
     charge to presenter/participant that would like to bring friends/family for post tour.
4)  All accommodation and travelling expenses are borne by presenters/participants itself.

7.  All travelling and accommodation expenses will be borne by presenters and participants. Presenters and participants 
    are to arrange for their own accommodation. Presenters and participants are encouraged to stay at 
    the nearby accommodation, where the conference is scheduled or any of the hotels located near 
    the conference venue.

8. Participants are required to upload the "Proof of Payment" evidence in the system.
