Dear OISMIC 2021 presenter,
Guideline for Presenter: Presentation materials
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic and various travel restrictions, particularly for international delegates and local speakers, we request presenters to submit their presentation materials ahead of time, before the conference date of September 22-23, 2021. There are 2 types of submissions, with the following guidelines:
A) Pre-recorded presentation;
B) Real-time presentation;
A) Pre-recorded presentation; It is strongly advised that presenters record their presentations. The following are the video recording guidelines:
The video should be between 10 and 15 minutes long, with a maximum file size of 200 MB.
Video submissions must be in MP4/MKV or MOV format and have a resolution of at least 720p.
Please use the paper ID as the video's File Name.
Due date for video presentation submission is 15th September 2021.
Captions or subtitles is advisable to be added to the video.
Registration ID must be included in the file name (ConfBay). For example, OISMIC 2021: 001-001.
This Powerpoint template is recommended for the presenter (file link).
B) Real-time presentation; Powerpoint slides can be submitted by the presenter via the link given below and the presenter must present on the conference date.
If this approach is chosen, the presenter should obtain a stable internet connection.

Please use the paper ID as a File Name for the powerpoint slides.
The submission of videos and Powerpoint slides (as in A and B above) should be via https://forms.gle/mDbZQjXr2JzkkbQE8.
Guideline for Presenter: Presentation Time
On the day of the conference, presenters must be virtually present. The presenter must virtually participate in any discussions about the video presentation. Following the presentation of the material, 5-10 minutes are set aside for question and answer (Q & A) sessions.
