INTRODUCTION

Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Selangor, Malaysia invite submissions for the Organizational and Information Systems Management International Conference (OISMIC 2021).


CONFERENCE TRACKS

The conference mainly focuses but not limited to on five broad areas.
The tracks of the conference are as follows:

1. Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)
Focused Areas:
Psychology, Education, Linguistics, Civilization and Law and related areas

2. Organizational and Management (OM)
Focus Areas:
Organization Behaviour, Workforce and Workplace, Organizational transformation, Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and related areas.

3. Information Systems and Communication Technology (ISCT)
Focus Areas:
Information technology and Computer science, Network and Security, Future of work technologies and applications and related areas.

4. Economics and Business (EB)
Focus Areas:
Gig Economy, Busines Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, and related areas.

5. Other Areas

Selected manuscripts after the review process will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals or ISI indexed conference proceedings.


Best Presentations Award

The best presentation will be selected from each track.

Steps for papers to be published in SCOPUS
1. Accepted paper for the conference
2. The paper is further recommended in the review for SCOPUS
3. The author is informed
4. Author pays additional amount as per required by respective SCOPUS's Journal.
5. The paper is sent to respective SCOPUS's Journal for publication
