Organized by Office Systems Management Program, Faculty of Business and Management, OISMIC2021 is aimed at providing a platform for connecting academic scholars and industry practitioners world-wide to share the research findings from various disciplines and create a space for intellectual discussion, exploration and reflection of key issues that are shaping the world today. There will be huge opportunities for networking, discussions and collaborations among the delegates. The conference will feature special keynote address focusing on recent advancements and challenges on selected research discipline.

Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Selangor, Malaysia invite submissions for the Organizational and Information Systems Management International Conference (OISMIC 2021). Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished works for publication and presentation at the conference. All accepted papers will be published in the refereed journals that are indexed by Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC). Selected papers have the potential to be published in high-indexed journals i.e. Scopus (subject to the compliance with journal’s guidelines, terms and conditions and acceptance by the editors and review committee).
CONFERENCE TRACKS
The conference mainly focuses but not limited to on five broad areas.
The tracks of the conference are as follows:
1. Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)
Focus Areas:
Psychology, Education, Linguistics, Civilization and Law and related areas
2. Organizational and Management (OM)
Focus Areas:
Organization Behaviour, Workforce and Workplace, Organizational transformation, Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and related areas.
3. Information Systems and Communication Technology (ISCT)
Focus Areas:
Information technology and Computer science, Network and Security, Future of work technologies and applications and related areas.
4. Economics and Business (EB)
Focus Areas:
Gig Economy, Busines Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, and related areas.
5. Accounting and Taxations (AT)
Focus Areas:
Accounting and Finance, Taxations and related areas.
6. Other Areas
Selected manuscripts after the review process will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals, ISI indexed, WoS, or MyCite journals.
Best Presentations Award
The best presentation will be selected from each track.

All accepted papers will be published in the refereed journals that are indexed by Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC). Selected papers have the potential to be published in journals that are indexed in ESCI and Scopus. The accepted papers* will be considered in the publication in one (1) of the journals** below:

Steps for papers to be published in SCOPUS/ERA/WoS/ISI
1. Accepted paper for the conference
2. The paper is further recommended in the review
3. The author is informed and if accepted the author need to update and format their papers based on comments from the journal reviewers and journal template.
4. Author pays additional amount as per required by respective journal.
5. The paper is sent to respective journal for publication
*Note: All publication is subject to correction from authors based on comment of reviewer/editorial board before the papers are published.
