5th International Conference on Business, Economics and Finance
(ICBEF) 2025
14 - 15 October 2025
Universiti Brunei Darussalam
The theme "Economic Resilience through Sustainable Business and Innovation" highlights the critical role of sustainability and innovation in building resilient economies capable of withstanding global uncertainties. In a rapidly evolving global market, businesses must adopt sustainable practices that safeguard and promote long-term growth and adaptability. This theme encourages businesses to rethink traditional approaches and incorporate innovative solutions that drive efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 8 and SDG 9.
This conference will explore how sustainable business models and technological innovations can foster economic resilience, ensuring that economies can recover and thrive in the face of crises. The event will provide a platform to share insights on how businesses can innovate to drive inclusive growth, strengthen industrial infrastructures, and support sustainable economic development by bringing together researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders. Participants will engage in discussions on emerging trends, best practices, and strategies for creating a sustainable future that prioritises both economic stability and environmental stewardship.
