"Peace Through Economic Justice: Islamic Economics and Finance for Human Dignity, Inclusion, and Sustainable Development"

Call for Papers

The world is facing a period of deep instability marked by war, geopolitical tensions, humanitarian crises, forced displacement, economic uncertainty, and widening inequality. These pressures have exposed the fragility of existing economic systems and renewed the urgency of justice, inclusion, and human dignity as foundations for lasting peace. In this context, the 10th edition of the World Islamic Economics and Finance Conference adopts the theme, “Peace Through Economic Justice: Islamic Economics and Finance for Human Dignity, Inclusion, and Sustainable Development,” to invite scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to rethink Islamic economics and finance as a broader framework for addressing the structural roots of instability. The theme calls for fresh dialogue on how the ethical, social, and institutional principles of Islamic economics can contribute to more just, resilient, and peaceful societies in a rapidly changing world.
