PAYMENT INFORMATION
Method 1: Online Payment UPM Payment Gateway address at https://paygate.upm.edu.my/action.do?do=
1. Click MAKE PAYMENT.
2. Select 4TH IFRC 2026 REGISTRATION FEES in the PAYMENT FOR dropdown.
3. Complete the compulsory payment details.
4. Click PAY.
5. Your official receipt will be automatically generated.
Method 2: Invoice/Purchase Order
1. Participant submits a copy of the Purchase Order (PO) or Guarantee Letter (GL) to 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my.
2. To be eligible for the Early Bird promotion, please submit the PO or GL before the early bird due date.
• For participants from government-linked organisations, invoices will be applied and issued only after the Conference.
• For private companies, the Organising Committee (Finance) will apply invoices before the conference. Once approved by the UPM Bursar, companies are required to settle payment within 30 days.
Method 3: Vot transfer for UPM participants only
1. Use SOK/KEW/BR045/HSL (Pelarasan Antara PTJ) and complete the following information:
- Tarikh
- Keterangan
- Amaun
- PTJ Penerima Perkhidmatan
2. Submit the BR045 form and supporting documents (e.g., acceptance letter, conference brochure, registration form) to
Cik Nur Izzati Mohd Amir at the Office of the Deputy Dean (Postgraduate, Research, and Innovation), FSTM.
Method for collaboration payment:

2. Select 4TH IFRC 2026 SPONSORSHIP in the PAYMENT FOR dropdown

5. Your official receipt will be automatically generated.
Method 2: Bank transfer or cheque
1. Fill in the Cheque with payment information to:

2. Submit a copy of the Cheque Transfer form to 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my.
3. UPM Bursar will issue a receipt.
4. The Organising Committee (Finance) will email the receipt to the company.
